Clients must provide payment upfront, divided payment will not be accepted.

All payment is taken in USD.

Commissioned products will be delivered digitally.

If you share or use your finished commission on social media, you must give credit to TheAngorabunnie on the post / in your description or bio via her userhandle @TheAngorabunnie

TheAngorabunnie is not held responsible if a client loses track of their commissioned file.

TheAngorabunnie does not give refunds unless the commissioner hasn't been given their art after four months.

Additional fees may be added to a commission if the client wishes to add or change details after the work has started. Additionally, the artist may pause working on a commission if a client start requesting major changes that hadn't been discussed prior, at least until the artist is paid.

Refunds are also not available with finished commissions, especially not surprise design if the commissioner did not like the finished product. Surprise commissions are supposed to be surprises, after all.

TheAngorabunnie reserves the right to decline any commissioner for any reason without question. This includes commissioners who haven't read these terms as well. She also reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to harassment, aggressive or abusive behaviour.

TheAngorabunnie's designs can be gifted or traded to other people but they cannot be sold to someone over their original value, meaning that the commissioner / client cannot sell an art piece from TheAngorabunnie above its original price; For example if a commission cost 35$, it cannot be sold for 40$.

Commissioners do not have the right to sell / mint their commission into an NFT, the blockchain or anything related to cryptocurrency nor anything that is made or used in that category.

Commissioners do not have the right to use TheAngorabunnie's art / their commission for or as AI art or AI training in any way.

Commissioners do not have the right to use their commission for any external projects, commercial or noncommercial unless this has been discussed with the client and been put on paper and been paid accordingly.

By commissioning TheAngorabunnie, the client is purchasing her service as an artist and designer. She retain all copyrights over her work, which means, she is allowed to post the art on her social media and portfolios, which include but are not limited to the right to reproduce, redistribute or use the art as a sample for self promotion / sales / similar.

However, should the commissioner request their art not to be shown on TheAngorabunnie's social media, that will be respected; As long as you say so before she starts the commission.

Please understand that it can take TheAngorabunnie a week or two to start on your commission, if not longer depending on the current commission que or if any IRL activities are keeping her busy, thank you for understanding!
